CANCELLATION :

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY IN THE CASE OF SOFTWARE SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION : 

We can cancel your account any time on written notice to you via email. Such actions will be effective at the end of the subscription term. After the Subscription term ends, you will not have any access to the Service. There are no refunds upon cancellation.

We may cancel your account immediately in our sole discretion :

  • If you have committed persistent breach of these Terms, or any other terms applying to your use of ESPOS service.
  • If you fail to comply with any restrictions.

You can entitle to cancel the account anytime. If you cancel the account, the account will get deactivated and all the rights granted under that term will be revoked. If you cancel your account before the end of your current package, your cancellation will take effect immediately and  you will not be entitled to any refund of amount / fee paid in advance.

CANCELLATION & REFUND & RETURN POLICY IN THE CASE OF HARDWARE PURCHASE : 

Cancellation request is accepted anytime before we ship your order.  In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to you order and its cancellation.

We cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.

All our shipments are go through difference level of packing and package inspections before dispatch. the chances of damage is very small. In case there is any damage, here’s how you can get the product replaced :

ESPOS (we), offers a re placement guarantee for all products ordered online. Product will be replace in case of  manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement is not accepted for damages due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product and negligence on part of the customer.

Before confirming replacement, we would like to inspect the proof of defect in product in the form of a photography, while the product in still in its packaging.

In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will refund the amount to the  source account.

The replacement is not application for products which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage not covered the manufacturer’s warranty.  The replacement is not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. The replacement is not accepted if the product is not packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
