Shipping Delivery Policy

The order will be dispatched with in 10 working days and delivery usually takes 10- 14 days after accepting orders. Delivery times is influenced by product availably, geographic location of customer, customer shipping destination and the courier partner’s time – to – deliver in customers location.

You agree and understands that the ESPOS (Clidot Pvt Ltd) shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for

1. Delivery of the Product(s) at a wrong address furnished by you;
2. Any loss and/or damage to you due to incorrect, incomplete and/or false information furnished by you; or any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the Product(s) purchased on the site.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or message to your registered email address or phone number with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
